I think my product might be faulty – what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble. Firstly, check the troubleshooting section of the manual supplied with your product. If that doesn't help, please return the unit to the place you bought it from for a replacement.

I've lost my user manual

Is the Dock Air compatible with my speaker dock?

Are other KS products compatible with my device?

All KS products are compatible with most Apple, Samsung (Galaxy S2 or later only), BlackBerry and HTC devices, but for information on specific products, please check for compatibility on the description pages.

Will my Lightning Apple device work with the BoomDock?

Yes, but you won't be able to use the dock connector or charge your Lightning device on the BoomDock. You can still play music by using the auxiliary input on the BoomDock or by purchasing the KS Dock Air and streaming your music via Bluetooth.

My iPod or iPhone isn’t recognised by my BoomDock

Try checking the troubleshooting section of your user manual to see if you can find the answer there. If not, remove your device's case and see if that resolves the issue. If you're still having problems, try restarting your device. If it's still not working, it may be that your docking system is faulty. If it is less than a year old, please return your unit to the place you bought it from for a replacement.
