How support tickets work
Fill in the form with the necessary detail, click ‘Submit’ and a ticket will be raised with us and we’ll send an email notification with your ticket ID. The support operator will reply once they pick up your ticket, you can reply via the ticket thread to resolve your query.
Tickets are closed when resolved, or if you don't respond in 48 hrs but tickets can be re-activated simply by replying to your email.
Please note that our working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, and we are closed on public holidays. Any tickets raised after 5pm on a Friday or before a public holiday are not likely to be seen until the next working day.
