Terms of delivery of goods from this website

Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 1.30pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.

We aim to deliver within 5 working days but this may increase during busy periods. Please allow up to 28 days before reporting non-delivery of your purchase.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. Please allow extra time for seasonal holiday deliveries and deliveries to Scottish islands.

All standard shipping items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Tracked service. All DPD items are sent on a 48 hours tracked service. If you do not receive a tracking code, contact our customer services team to track your item(s).

If you are out when the delivery is made, the courier will take it back to their local depot and leave a card through your door advising that they called and asking you to contact them for re-delivery, rejection or collection.

Regrettably, we are unable to guarantee delivery on any specific day.

Because you ordered online, you get free delivery. If we’ve accepted your order before 1.30pm we’ll try our best to get everything on its way to you within five working days and in the unlikely event that it isn’t possible, we’ll be sure to contact you as soon as possible to keep you in the know.

For your security, we can only deliver to your home address. This needs to match the address of the card you’ll be using.

It’s also easy to keep track of your order. You can follow its progress online with our couriers as they’ll also send you tracking details when it’s on its way.

Free standard UK delivery applies to all orders (3-5 business days).

Express Shipping items (1-2 business days) is an additional charge of £4.95.

Terms of cancellation and returns of goods bought from this website

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 28 days after delivery by:

+ Following the “Returns” instructions in your delivery documentation.

You can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 28 days after delivery providing the items you return meet the following criteria:
+ The product must be complete, including packaging, instructions, accessories and any free items.
+ The product, packaging and any associated items must be returned in an unused “as new” condition.
+ Sealed packaging, including any box or software seals must not be opened.
+ Proof of purchase must be supplied, showing the date of purchase.
+ Please supply a written note, explaining the fault and why the product is being returned.
+ Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened headphones, earphones or Bluetooth headset units, unless they are faulty.

You will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel your purchase when:
+ The seal has been broken on any software including games;
+ The goods were a special order to your specification.

Return policy

The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

All KitSound products come with a 1 year warranty and may be returned if faulty to Kondor. Please contact our administration customerservice@kondor.co.uk.

If your product develops a fault within 28 days of delivery, we will refund or replace the product and issue you a freepost label. If your product develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, we will replace the product with either a direct replacement or one of similar value, but you will need to post the item to us yourself.

If there is manufacturing fault, or something missing from the box when you open it, you must report this within 28 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be: in otherwise “as new” condition; and complete with any accessories and free gifts offered with it (and, if possible, the original box and packaging).

Please return the product with a supplied reference number to KitSound Customer Services Dept, Kondor Headquarters, Christchurch Business Park, Radar Way, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4FL. If a fault occurs while you are abroad, please contact us after you return to the UK.

If a CD, DVD or other software is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money. Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge. We will also pay for the costs of collecting goods for replacement or refund.

This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. Non-rechargeable batteries) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.

Any refund due to a fault or other defect will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Product Warranty

All products undergo stringent quality control testing. They are warranted to be free from material defects when you return the product in accordance with this warranty and our instructions. This warranty applies to normal use for the intended purpose of the product, under normal conditions. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, abuse, misuse or improper care nor does it cover minor cosmetic damages due to normal “wear and tear” of the product including the breaking or cracking of the product with regards to screen protectors. We reserve the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

If the product fails under normal usage, please contact us for instructions on how to return the defective product. Be sure to have your proof of purchase on hand; return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product outside of the first 28 days since purchase. If after inspection, we find the product to be defective in materials or workmanship, we will at our option and at no cost replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product on a commercially reasonable efforts basis, or refund the original purchase price. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product.

This warranty does not cover, and we will not have any liability to you for, any incidental or consequential damages caused by using the product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights depending on where you live.

We make no other warranty regarding the products, and we disclaim all other warranties, express, statutory or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or arising from course of dealing or trade usage. This constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy, and our sole and exclusive liability, for breach of this warranty.

Participants under the age of 13 require consent from a parent or guardian to enter.  If you are under 13 we will ask for a parent or guardian email address and we will email them asking for written permission. If the winner is under 16 consent from parent or guardian to accepting the prize will also be required.

3.1.  To enter the Prize Draw: submit your first name, last name, and email address via the iPad based sign up form.

  • When entering this Prize Draw you will be given the opportunity to opt in to receive email communications from KitSound. This does not affect your entry into the competition and is completely optional.
