How support tickets work

  1. Fill in the form with the necessary detail
  2. Click ‘Submit’ and a ticket will be raised with us
  3. We’ll send an email notification with your ticket ID
  4. The support operator will reply once they pick up your ticket
  5. You can reply via the ticket thread to resolve your query
  6. Tickets are closed when resolved, or if you don’t respond in 48 hrs
  7. Tickets can be re-activated simply by replying to your email
